We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location, right opposite the train station, was convenient, allowing us easy access to transportation and the city center.

I recently had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. Plus, being opposite Central Station made it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were excellent, providing attentive service and ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed that provided a great night's sleep. And I must mention the breakfast - unlimited coffee and a decent meal to start the day off right.
My stay at this hotel was excellent and I couldn't fault anything.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right opposite the central train station. This made it extremely convenient for me to explore the city and easily access all the sights and shops. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring that I had a comfortable experience. The rooms and bathrooms were in good condition, providing a quiet and comfortable space to relax. the downstairs bar and restaurant served delicious meals and drinks, perfect for a city break or a longer stay.
I did notice that the cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved, with some dust on the curtains and clothes being thrown on the floor by the cleaners.

The staff at Artto Hotel were understanding and accommodating when we discovered that our bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. They immediately went up and cleaned it themselves. The location of the hotel was also ideal, close to shopping areas and convenient for exploring the city.

Soft mattress, comfy pillows, good shower pressure, fluffy towels, gorgeous toiletries. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location across from train station. Secured entrance at midnight. Will stay again.
